Start of project "Dortmund, City Living"
In June 2010 our subsidiary Rantekt GmbH in Braunschweig started its work on the project "Dortmund City Living". The housing project seeks to revitalise 4 urban apartment blocks with a total housing space of 4,000 square metres. The project has been scheduled to run for approx. 15 months and will be followed by the sale of the entire portfolio.
