In order to advance our international activities more rapidly, OOO Rantekt/Moscow founded a subsidiary in the Federal Republic of Germany in January 2010.

Henceforth, RANTEKT GmbH will take charge of all our international European business activities.

In particular, the portfolio of RANTEKT GmbH includes project developments and investments in the areas of residential and commercial real estate.

As part of its strategy for implementing our major European projects, Rantekt GmbH has agreed a partnership with Frankonia, the renowned German project development company.

Several projects are currently in the preparation phase within the framework of this cooperation.

One example is the "Panta Rhei" project. This premium sector office complex with approx. 10,000 m² of office space is located in the new business park "Airport City Düsseldorf". Situated at the heart of Europe, the property offers outstanding transport communications and is next to Düsseldorf International Airport.
